My Friend's 7 Years Old Boy Fell On His Head

My friend's 7 years old boy fell on his head yesterday and vomited twice and the day after they recognise swelling and he got nausea and vomit and in the hospital after ct scan told the parent he got bleeding under the skin of his skull also bubbles !!! Could you tell me what is the progress of such like these cases and should he receive any antibiotics???? Thanks
