My friend's daughter just delivered a baby in a Paris hospital 1 month early because of preeclampsia and something called H.E.L.P. I was just looking online to find out more about it so I'll be more informed when I talk with my friend. Mother is in ICU and baby is in a children's hospital with breathing difficulties.
