My Friend's Twin Sister Is Continually Sick. She Has Been

My friend's twin sister is continually sick. She has been in the hospital a lot in the past yrs. Her heart is only working about %. She is very anemic. She is in the hospital now because she threw up blood clots - from injured eosphagus. Her twin is thinking about taking her to Salt Lake City or Denver. She seems to be getting worse and worse and the Drs. here do not seem to have the knowledge to figure out everything that is wrong and why. Is there an organization that can help her with finding the right Dr. and a place to stay like the Ronald Mcd. House? Are all these things related? She is about yrs old. She desperately needs help on so many levels.
