My Gf Is On Deviry 10 Mg For The Past

My gf is on deviry 10 mg for the past 2 years...she is having normal periods...but the last time she missed her period even after stopping deviry device for 7 days....we had sex on the 10th day i.e. 2nd dec after her last period on 22nd Nov...she is having abdominal cramps and white odourless discharge...she is having pcod...can her missed periods be because of stress..or is she pregnant?
