My Gf Took Mifepristone 2days Back And Today She Took

My gf took mifepristone 2days back and today she took 2 misotropol orally. Her parents and no one is helping or supporting her. :( She is sick and vomitted white and yellowish colour after 1-2hr of taking 2dose of mistoprostol . We have no access to gynaecologist . She says she feels severe pain and till now bleeding is not starting. What should We do? I am scared for her health and want to know will she be okay and start bleeding soon?
