My Girlfriend And I Had Sex A Week Before Her

My girlfriend and I had sex a week before her period was do for the first time.. I pulled out waaayy before it was time to cum and she took the morning after pill as well.. Her period came as normal, we had sex again about 3-4 days in the period but i pulled out waaayy before i can even cum .. Ive also peed alot before even any sex can start.. Now she has spotting for about 5 days now since her period suppose to finish.. Any ideas what this is .. We are bit worried.. We had use baby oil as a lubricant to as well for the first time.. And im not if penetration to deep may have affect it .. Help me narrow the facts of whats happening
