My Girlfriend And I Just Found Out She Is Pregnant.

My girlfriend and I just found out she is pregnant. We have a 3 year old daughter and do not think now is a good time for a second child. We are considering having an abortion but the problem is she had one 6 months ago. What are the complications that could happen with that little of time between procedures? Please help
