My Girlfriend And I Were Grinding Naked And I Think

My girlfriend and I were grinding naked and I think I may have pre-came and her period was about 4 days late and she isn't cramping but just a little and it's very light compared to normal (bleeding) and she's having alot of the symptoms. Please reply asap
