My Girlfriend Complained To Me That She Never Understand Her

My girlfriend complained to me that she never understand her body. We has sex since the first week of April and since then, she has not been seeing it like before though she sees blood and she perform a home pregnancy test and it shows negative. What's wrong with my girlfriend please doctor?
