My Girlfriend Got Randomly Tired But Weak During The Evening

My girlfriend got randomly tired but weak during the evening yesterday and she was very cold, thirsty and kept urinating. Today she's babysitting and texted me that her nose started to bleed when she blew it and only from one nostril what can this mean?
