My Girlfriend Has Been Pooping A LOT Lately. About 15

My girlfriend has been pooping a LOT lately. About 15 times a day some days. She's been to the doctor, had blood work done, stool samples taken, and all the tests have turned up negative. They don't know what's wrong with her. But she has horrible cramps, her lower right side hurts, she has a sore throat and difficulty breathing, especially at night. She's going in for a CT scan tomorrow. We're just really worried, have you heard of anything like this?
