My Girlfriend Have Been Stooling Recently, But It Eventually Stopped

My girlfriend have been stooling recently, but it eventually stopped after few days, of recent she had a scan which detect that she is a month and two weeks pregnant, but the doctor said the development of the foetus is improper as a result of Hormonal imbalance, which might lead miscarriage. And the doc said its either she wash her womb by aspiration or medication. Please I am confused, help me out
