My Girlfriend Is 20 Years Old.last Month She Had Her

My girlfriend is 20 years old.last month she had her menses on 15th march.and its 22nd april today she haven't had her menses.done the home pregnancy test twice and both the time it came out negative. We consulted the doctor and she gave mensonorm tab and multivit tab.after taking the mensonorm tab she had frequent urination with a little discharge of brownish blood.but before taking the tab she was normal.are these the of pregnancy or the effects of the pill.pls help.!!!
