My Girlfriend Is A 42 Female Who Smokes. She Was

My girlfriend is a 42 female who smokes. She was admitted for a slightly elevated troponin level but her angiogram and ekg were normal. She has been having upper abdominal pain that radiates to the chest and numbness and tingling in the left arm. She has been having nausea vomiting and diarrhea as well. They can't seem to find anything so we are baffled. Any thoughts?
