My girlfriend is suffering from extreme fatigue, low blood sodium, low electrolytes, low iron, low blood volume. Negative colonoscopy and endoscopy. Keeps requiring infusions of iron and blood. Doctors can't figure out where the blood is going. No evidence of bleeding anyplace. She is really sick. Help...
