My Girlfriend Is Taking Warfarin Because She Had Tried To

My girlfriend is taking warfarin because she had tried to commit suicide by taking pain killers and sleeping pills. She nearly died but pulled through. The medicine that she was on damaged her liver and she was put on warfarin to help her liver. Well we got pregnant accidentally and decided to have an abortion because we just can't have a baby right now. Are there any risks with having an abortion while on warfarin?
