My Girlfriend Miss Almost A Whole Cycle Of Birth Control

My girlfriend miss almost a whole cycle of birth control she started back up 3 weeks ago and has 4 pills left last week her and I had unprotected sex 3 times, I did not ejaculate in her and I would constently pull out to wipe of the pre ejacultion and get it out, she was supposed to start her period about a week ago maybe a week and a few days, she wasn't fertile or ovulating when we had sex, this last Sunday we though she started, she had cramps and was bleeding mediumly but then it's stopped, the next day the same thing, she's peeing a lot and she said for her that's normally a sign she's going to start soon, should we be worried? Should we just wait a couple days after she runs out of pills?
