My girlfriend recently missed her period and she is only a few days late but were still concerned. She reported today that she was having cramps but said the quickly went away. She reported chest pain as well but I can't find it as a sign of pregnancy. I do find a lot of reports online however stating that too much stress can cause both chest pain and a late period....
