My Girlfriend Went To The Emergency Room And Was Given

My girlfriend went to the emergency room and was given morphine for pain. It's been a couple weeks and she hasn't had her period and she's now late. We have taken multiple pregnancy tests but they have come back negative. Also, I'm assuming the hospital tested her before giving her morphine. So I was wondering can high amount of morphine cause period delays?
