My Glands Are Super Sore To The Touch But I

My glands are super sore to the touch but I have no sore throat. I've been really tired lately with off and on flu like symptoms but no real high fever. I've also had a cold as well. I've been exposed to mono but am wondering if it is unlikely mono because I haven't had fever and more likely just a viral infection?
