My Golden Retriever Is Two Years Old. He Was Born

My golden retriever is two years old. He was born without hips and has had 1 surgery on one hip, and just had the third surgery on the really bad one. My last male Goldie had Hemangiosarcoma sarcoma. The vet hospital in Philadelphia. Helped me create a quality recipe for him. It also worked for my girl Goldie. They did so well with this recipe I continued to make this supplement for their food. However it appears that my two year old is getting diarrhea, possibly from this vegetable combination with scrambled eggs and ground turkey. What veggie am I giving him that may be causing his diarrhea?
