My Grand Daughter Is Currently Prescribed 18 Different Medications, Among

My grand daughter is currently prescribed 18 different medications, among them donezapil, olanzipine, promethazine, hycoskyamid. I am obviously alarmed. She is receiving these from 5 or 6 different physicians. Frankly, She is absolutely on the verge of collapse if she doesn't have her pill safe with her. She is 23 years old. How common is this?
