My Grand Son 16 Years Old Has Been Diagnosed Multiple

My grand son 16 years old has been diagnosed Multiple Sclerosis 2 years back. First he was on steroids for 1 year but it relapsed . So he was on Avonex Beta 1a 30 mg injection per week. Recent MRI shows that some lesions have disappeared but a few new lesions are visible. Please advise.
