My Grandaughteresume Who Is 14 Has Been Sick Since September

My grandaughteresume who is 14 has been sick since September started with mono has been tired achey sore throat cough had a seizure when they drew blood and felt similar later that day just sitting in bed had a face scan dr said che had a severe sinus infection and a cyst on her sinus cavity gave her meds sent her to ent....same facial scan was seen by ent and he said there was no sinus infection he saw....maybe taking tonsils out and adenoids out might help...she has severe ear pain to the point of crying stiff neck achey body headache and nausea...what do we do next?....
