My Granddaughter Age 4 Was Diagnosed With Strep Throat Friday

My granddaughter age 4 was diagnosed with strep throat Friday night and was given a shot in the ER. I'm not to sure what type it was but an antibiotic. Last night n tonight her body is cold and clammy. Not to the point where she is sweating or has a fever. I've been given her ibuprofen. Is this normal or is this an indication she still has an infection? But she's fine during the day.
