My Granddaughter Fell From The Kitchen Chair Yesterday About 6

My granddaughter fell from the kitchen chair yesterday about 6 PM. and hit her head. She cried a little then was fine. But today around 4 PM she had a slight fever and said her head hurt. Her fever has continued, could the fever be caused by a concussion?
