My Granddaughter Has Had A FeveR THAT SPIKES TO 103

My granddaughter has had a feveR THAT SPIKES TO 103 AND OVER since Monday night. Two days later, as soon as she gets off Childrens Advil, it spikes again. She is somewhat congested, but she cries out that she has a pain in her tummy. Last night she was doubled over. It comes and goes with the fever. She went to the dr. and checked her belly, but he said it is a virus. Very concerned grandma jane
