My Granddaughter Is 4 Years Old. When It Is Bed

My granddaughter is 4 years old. When it is bed time she cries hysterically to the point that she will take everything off her bed including the sheets stuffed anamials, any thing on her dresser, push the nightstand from one end of the room to the other. She can go from zero to 100 in anger if something upsets her. This all started about 7 months ago. She is a sweet little girl but it heart breaking for us and her parents. They have tried time out, moving the toys out of her room when she throws them. Tried a reward chart.... nothing seems to work. Do you have any suggestions.
