My Granddaughter Is 7. Yesterday She Was Throwing Up And

My granddaughter is 7. Yesterday she was throwing up and not feeling well but by evening she was feeling much better. This morning she was feeling pretty good but early afternoon she started running a fever. By 8 pm she was at 102.6 in one ear, 103.0 in the other. Her skin is red and blotchy, and of course, hot to the touch. She has a white tongue. One other thing- last night one finger on each hand started itching and swelling and today her hands are somewhat swollen and tight.
