My Granddaughter Is Ten Years Old. She Has Been Diagnosed

My granddaughter is ten years old. She has been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD. She can be very calm but then have bad temper tantrums. She will run away. She takes guanfacine 3Mg, iron and vitamin D3. the doctor has added Methylphenidate 20MG. Due to seeing kids taking Riadalin some years ago, we are concerned about starting here on it.
