My Granddaughter Jumped Into The River. She Swallowed Some Water

My granddaughter jumped into the river. She swallowed some water and when she came up out of the water, her ear hurts pretty bad. It hurts if she swallows, burps or yawns. She is really in pain and I am hoping I can do something for her here at home for now.
