My Granddaughter Sustained A Compression Hematoma Of Her Lower Leg.

My granddaughter sustained a compression hematoma of her lower leg. It is located just below the knee to about 2 inches above her ankle on the inner aspect of the leg. It is deep but able to be palpated. The area is hard, painful and her ankle swells. A CT scan was done to confirm the injury. She was told to elevate the extremity and take pain medication. Work will not clear her to return until it is 100% resolved. What is a projection on resolution.
