My Granddaughter Wets The Bed She Stops Drinking Awhile Before

My granddaughter wets the bed she stops drinking awhile before she goes to bed and she uses the toilet before bed an hour or so after she goes to sleep she wets the bed with it looks like a full bladder so I get her up and changed and have her use the toilet again and she goes then once she's back to sleep maybe two hours later she wets the bed again we do the same routine and sometimes she will wet the bed a third time with it looks like a full bladder she is 8 and has been wetting the bed for about the whole time she could use the toilet should I be concerned
