My granddaughter who is 4 years old started vomiting after she had gone to sleep. Her throwup looks dark brown with mucus green slimy stuff. She had a couple of chicken nuggets, grapes, cheese in the afternoon. Then all she wanted before going to bed was peanut butter - a spoonful. No fever. What ciuld this be?
