My Grandfather Had A Heart Attack About A Week Ago

My grandfather had a heart attack about a week ago and was put on a hypothermia protocol. It is almost a week and a half after this incident and he still has not waken up from the induced coma.

The first few days he was opening his eyes constantly and moving his mouth but no responsive actions. His vital signs are good and doctors took him off of the pacemaker because he is doing good. He is on the breathing machines however, and is not waking up please any suggestions would be appreciated.
