My Grandma Is 74 Years Old. She Is Addicted To

My grandma is 74 years old. She is addicted to pain pills and has a fractured spine from falling. In the last two weeks she started to jerk first her arms then her whole body. When she jerks she can't hold anything in her hands and she gets stuck in loops when she talks. It is almost like she is nodding off getting stuck in loops and jerking violently all Simotaniously.
