My Grandma Is 95 Years Old And Has Started Having

My grandma is 95 years old and has started having blood, brownish color, in her panties ... no, pain. Today she had an ultra sound and the technician kept going to a visible black area below her belly button
on the right side .. when told we were uncomfortable with what we saw she changed the subject by asking my grandmother is she was ready to go and said the doctor would have the results on Monday . We understand something may be a problem but was wondering what this could possibly be?

we will just wait until Monday since we have to pay the physician anyways, thank you.
