My Grandmother Has Been Taking These HCG Diet Drops For

My grandmother has been taking these HCG diet drops for a week and some days now. Just before her last round of drops for the night, she noticed a tiny red dot. What could that be? Is it from the drops? Is it anything to worry about? She also has low blood pressure and since she's been on this 500 calorie diet , it's been getting low into the 90s. I don't think that has anything to do with it. Please help me. Me and her are on this diet together but she's stopping because she doesn't want to risk her health. Please get back to me ASAP!
