My Grandmother Has Very Low Platelet Count (below 10000). We

My grandmother has very low platelet count (below 10000). We have tried all kind of treatments but none of them have worked. She also has diabetes, high BP, liver and kidney problems. Because of so many issues a lot of medications cause very serious side effects like internal bleeding and swelling of feet. We are at a loss regarding what to do next to improve her condition. She is 72 years old. Kindly help.
