My Grandson, Age 22, Has From Childhood Had 'migraine' Type

My grandson, age 22, has from childhood had 'migraine' type headache pain! Underwent several cat scans from preteen to recent= no conclusion by docs. Plays games, 3rd semester student, otherwise healthy.
Takes Amoryn ( has PTS from childhood trauma ) turned down Zolof, etc. Would ZOMIG help?
