My Grandson Had Strep Throat About Two Weeks Ago And

My grandson had strep throat about two weeks ago and was treated with antibiotics.he missed one dose because he spit it out.last week my daughter said he had a rash and still looked really pale, he came to visit me today and looks really pale and the whites of his eyes look kind of yellow. I'm concerned, do you think missing a dose could have caused complications? He has had no fever and there's only a faint sign that he had a rash. Thank you!!!
