My grandson has an abrasion on knee One week ago now. Yesterday pimples began to arise and grow larger during day, More have developed today. These are circumfrencial to the original abrasion, Pics look similar to impetigo. What ointment is there to treat that is not prescription ? we are cleaning daily with betadine solution
