My Grandson Has Been Coughing For Several Days, Prior To

My grandson has been coughing for several days, prior to that he had a fever that would come on at night and be gone by morning for two days, and now he has a rash on his back and back of his legs, and has not had an appetite for several days. He acts fine though - we aren't sure what is going on.
