My Grandson Has Been Saying He Wants To Kill Himself

My grandson has been saying he wants to kill himself for about a week now and his behavior has change in a violently way towards his female friends and family.We tried to get him to seek help but he refuses.How can we help him.He is nineteen and he dropped out of college,quit his jog and his whole attitude has change.
