My Grandson Is 11 Years Old. I Noticed Above His

My grandson is 11 years old. I noticed above his eye, between his eye lashes and eye brows is swollen. More on the left side than the right. He has always been healthy, no illnesses, no roughhousing. He was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum at two, so he keeps lots of things to himself. He is the 2nd oldest of 4 boys.
