My Grandson Is 6 And Has Adhd.... Suddenly We Notice

My grandson is 6 and has adhd.... Suddenly we notice he lifts his eyelids constantly like a tic and it kind of looks like eyes slightly roll back while he does it.... If u ask him if his eyes hurt or why is he doing it he says no and he doesn't know why he does it I'm just worried if it's a sign of turrets syndrome?
