My Grandson Is Experiencing Nearly Daily Vomiting In The Morning.

My grandson is experiencing nearly daily vomiting in the morning. His mother and grandfather both have had similar issues throughout their life. His doctor and other specialists are at a loss as to what causes this. He wants to join the military but they will not touch him until this is identified and brought under control. Any ideas?
