My Grandson Is Having Severe Pain In His Hip And

My grandson is having severe pain in his hip and knee. Last night it was on one side and today it came back in the other side. He has been battling this pain but not severe for app 3 months. He has had blood tests and xray. All come back normal. two weeks ago a chiropractor said growing pains. He has been exposed to back water from flooding. Please help.
