My Grandson Was Diagnosed This Week With Bronchiolitis, Last Tuesday,,doing

My grandson was diagnosed this week with Bronchiolitis, last Tuesday,,doing much better, since yesterday has runny stool yellow in color,,with a little bit of fishy smell, has loss appetite, now on pedialyte and saltine crackers.....is this a sign of viral infection, which is what Bronchiolitis is?
