My Grandson Was In The Hospital Because He Was Complaining

My grandson was in the hospital because he was complaining about his stomach hurting. He was placed on an IV, and he was not able to eat any solid food for about 3 days. The doctor said he was constipated. He was discharged and was told to take a laxative to help with the constipation. Now he has an ear infection and losing weight. I am concern and thinking about getting a second opinion. What's your thought?
